  • A CSA (Community Support Agriculture) is a way for consumers and farmers to collaborate more fully in the production of healthy food that we all need.

    Customer buys a “share” of the farm’s production up front and receives regular delivery of veggie boxes.

  • One share: 8 boxes (plus end of season bonus box) for a total price of $240, which includes delivery to your doorstep. Each box will contain about 8 items and you will have the option to customize some items each week from the list of what’s available.

  • Payment is due when you purchase the share online. If this poses a hardship please text Gary 402-570-4382 for arrangements. Signup deadline is May 1, 2023.

  • Delivery to your doorstep (or any address of your choice within Lincoln city limits) on Monday afternoons, roughly every other week.

    Reminder email with customization link will be sent the Friday before.

    Eight box schedule: June 5 & 19, July 10 & 24, August 7 & 21, September 4 & 18. Bonus box October 9.

  • Produce is perishable and unfortunately we do not have storage capacity to hold boxes. We encourage you to have a friend or family member pick up your box in your absence or donate it - we can send boxes to the Lincoln F Street Rec Center for low income residents to enjoy.

  • A CSA is a commitment of both consumer and farmer to support healthy food production, understanding that catastrophic weather events may delay or reduce produce availability. No refunds are generally given for factors beyond our control, however we will do everything possible to provide an enjoyable experience for you.

  • We use strictly sustainable and regenerative practices, i.e. no synthetic chemicals, no GMO’s

    We are not yet certified organic but we intend to pursue certification

  • The signup window closes May 1, 2023.

  • Scroll down to see the anticipated table of items available during the season. Due to the unpredictable nature of farming, actual availability may vary from that shown. Part of the fun of a CSA is to discover and try new things! We will ensure a delicious mix of food each delivery!

  • You can customize your box by submitting a simple google form that will be emailed to you the Friday before each box. See the screenshot further down on this page.

  • Free delivery can be to any Lincoln address such as home, workplace, etc. as long as we can access the location and the receiving person knows to expect it. Enter the delivery address when you check out. Location must be within Lincoln city limits.

  • Green School Farms is located near the town of Raymond about 15 miles NW of Lincoln.

    Customers who purchase a share will be invited to an online zoom orientation prior to the opening week.

What’s in the box?

The table lists item availability throughout the season. While we can’t guarantee every item listed here or the exact timing, this is typical of what you might expect to choose from, along with a few surprises here and there!

Customize your box!

The Friday before each week, we’ll email you a link showing what is available. If you want the standard choices described for that week, no action is required. If you want more of one thing and less of another, or you want to substitute items, you can submit the form with your changes by Saturday night. The price will be the same regardless. Your box will be delivered the following Monday.
